Terms of Service

By using our website or the AbhyasHub portal, you agree to these terms. They apply to library owners (Vendors), their staff and students (End-Users). We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. About these terms

This website and management portal are run by AbhyasHub, which currently operates as an unregistered business. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean AbhyasHub. You can contact us at team@abhyashub.com.

We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for library and reading room management, including student registration, seat allocation and automated notifications.

2. Service scope & relationship

AbhyasHub is a software provider only. We provide the digital tools to manage library operations.

• We are not responsible for the physical maintenance of any library premises.
• We are not liable for the loss of personal belongings (books, laptops, etc.) or for the conduct of individuals inside a physical library.
• Disputes about library facilities, behavior or local rules must be settled directly with the library administration.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts cannot be shared with other libraries, and access to the service cannot be resold or sublicensed without our written permission.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not upload harmful, illegal or offensive content, and do not try to break, overload, copy or scrape the platform.
• We may suspend or remove access if these rules are broken.

4. Library owner responsibilities

If you are a library owner, you decide which student details you enter. You must collect only what you need, tell your students how their data is used, and get their consent, including the consent of a parent or guardian for any student under 18. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for following the laws that apply to your library.

5. Free trial and subscriptions

• New library owners can start with a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required.
• After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using the portal. Plans are paid upfront for the period you choose, and access lasts for that period.
• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added. See the Pricing & Refund Policy for details.
• We may change prices or plans with prior notice. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Payments & refunds

Student fees, deposits and membership charges are paid offline between the student and the library owner. AbhyasHub does not collect or hold them, and is not responsible for the refund policies of individual libraries. Fee disputes must be settled with the library administration.

The subscription fee that a library owner pays to AbhyasHub is covered by our Pricing & Refund Policy.

7. Your data

The library data you enter remains yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for a copy of your library's data at team@abhyashub.com until it is deleted. Student data is deleted 3 months after the subscription ends or after the student leaves the library, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may add, change or remove features at any time. Planned maintenance may cause short breaks.

9. Our rights and your feedback

The AbhyasHub software, name, logo and design belong to us. While your subscription is active, you may use the service for your own library. You may not copy, resell or build a competing product from it.

Suggestions or ideas you send us may be used by us without restriction or payment.

10. Accuracy of information

The content on this website is general information and may sometimes be incomplete or out of date. We may correct errors or omissions, including pricing errors, and may cancel a subscription request that was based on wrong information.

11. Limitation of liability

AbhyasHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using or not being able to use the software, including data loss, downtime or errors in seat availability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services.

13. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. After termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and you remain responsible for any dues you owe to us or to your library.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will tell library owners by email or on the portal. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please write to team@abhyashub.com first so we can try to sort it out. If we cannot, the courts in India with jurisdiction will decide.

16. Entire agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and AbhyasHub and replace any earlier written or spoken communication. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
